Two partners from a well known international management consulting firm left and started their own firm.  After touring multiple locations in the Far North Dallas and LBJ sub-markets we helped the firm negotiate a 5 year lease in the Bent Tree / Quorum sub-market with below market rates, a favorable tenant improvement allowance and ROFR (right of first refusal).  The growing firm later exercised their right to expand into adjacent space, nearly doubling their initial leased space.
